BPI Joist Levellers – 70 x 70 mm

Product Description

BPI Joist Levellers are very practical and are used in many damp related projects. Thanks to the freely movable 5mm thick support plate, the joist can still be adjusted in height even after installation.

Thanks to the galvanisation, the BPI Joist Leveller is optimally protected against external weather influences. The base plate measures 100 × 100 mm and the support plate measures 70 × 70 mm.

Application

The BPI Joist Levellers can be screwed to a level concrete or wooden floor using 4 holes, each with a diameter of 12 mm, or anchored using bolt anchors. If the foundation does not have the same height everywhere, the BPI Joist Levellers with its movable support plate and locking nut can be adjusted within a range of 30 – 150 mm even after installation. The 150 mm long threaded rod enables both the height adjustment function and the function of a Mandrel that is screwed into or out of the joist when the height is adjusted.

For stability reasons, around 10 – 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security.
